Essay

The dissertation devotes to study of social dialogue in deep format as a model of social institution that ensures the preservation of the social system and its sustainability. This model defines as an innovative mechanism of regulation of labour and social relations and as a mechanism of building a civil society. Analyzing the current state of dialogue relations in Ukraine, the objective conditions and subjective factors affecting them, the author notes that can only be a collective decision of actual problems with the participation of representatives from three sectors - public authorities, businesses and civil society.
