Essay

Clinical anamnestic criteria of thrombophilic states diagnostics were studied. The most informative methods of laboratory screening diagnostics of thrombophilia and monitoring for prophylaxis of thrombus mass were selected. Efficacy of different preventive treatment regimens of thrombus mass was assessed. According to findings diagnostics algorithm was developed that makes possible to conduct differential diagnostics of thrombophilia for providing timely medical care. Pathogenetically reasonable preventive regimens of pathologic thrombus mass in patients were developed and the efficacy was proved.
