Statements of representatives of different economic schools of world and domestic economic thought concerning content, structurization of the national wealth and its changes are analysed. The exogenous and endogenous factors that influence changes in the national wealth system are specified. Theoretical model of the national strategy of the national wealth usage and saving in Ukraine is worked out. Recommendations for macroeconomic regulation improvement of the national wealth system in Ukraine are developed.
