Essay

The dissertation competing for the degree of candidate of medical sciences in speciality 14.01.11 - cardiology. The findings annual observation with analysis of ultimate quantity (death, reinfarction, cardiac insufficiency) at the patients with the postinfarction cardiosclerosis after operation of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and the study of influence surgical intervention on the intracardiac hemodynamics condition were demonstrated in the dissertation work. Restoration to level 1-2 functional class with 3-4 functional class in 80% patients and decrease systolic dysfunction with rise ejection fraction with 49 to 58% in during the year observations were get registered.
