Cherkasova A. Diagnosis and differentiation of mental and behaviour deviations with HIV-infection and the endogenous process of children and their correction

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of differential diagnostics of mental and behaviour deviations at HIV-infection and children endogenous process and correction methods. During the research 107 patients from 5 to 12 year old were examined. 36 of them had the diagnosis of HIV- infection, 56 of them had endogenous process. Examination and complex analysis of clinic-abnormal psychology structure and pathopsychological features of mental disorders sphere deviations of HIV-infected children and patients with endogenous process for differential diagnostic of discovered violations and development of complex therapy methods was conducted. Leading syndromes of mental deviations, features of memory, attention and level of intellectual development of indicated contingent of patients were studied. The presence of four syndromes of mental deviations of HIV-infected children and five syndromes of patients with endogenous process and memory and attention violations in both groups was established. The complex of pharmacological psychotherapy and psychocorrection was suggested.
