Object of research - chronic urinogenital chlamydiosis. Aim of research - increase of efficiency of treatment patients with chronic urinogenital chlamydiosis by working out of method of complex therapy with use of preparations hepatoprotective (glutargin) and antioxydative (quercetin) actions on the basis of studying of liver functional condition and metal-metallofermental systems. Research methods: clinical inspections; clinico-laboratory inspections; straight immunofluorescence; immunofermental analysis; definition of the level of microelements (Zn, Cu, Fe) in complete blood on atom-absorbtive spectrometry method; biochemical; statistical. The Dissertation work is devoted to the solvation of scientific problem of increase of efficiency of medical treatment of patients with chronic urogenital chlamydiosis (CUGCh) taking into account violations of the metal-metalferment systems and functional state of liver. In the patients with chronic urogenital chlamydiosis and 25 practically healthy people were a research object. Performing the laboratory examination of patients with chronic urogenital chlamydiosis was studitd imbalans of microelements homeostasis (the contents of Zn and Fe and contents of Cu inceased in whole blood decreased), was imbalance oxidation - antioxidant systems (if was activated process of peroxide lipid oxidation and decline of antioxidant protective systems). Developed and approved method of complex medical treatment of CUGC in patients with the use of hepatoprotective (glutargin) and antioxidant therapy (kverzetin) is favourable in decrease of terms of normalization of clinical signs, terms of sanitation of organism from chlamydia, and also normalization of all biochemical explored indeces. The developed method of treatment is introduced in work Ivano-Frankivsk regional clinical dermatovenerologic dispensary, clinic of SE "Institute of dermatology and venereology of AMS of Ukraine", Kolomyya regional dermatovenerologic dispensary of Ivano-Frankivsk region, polyclinic and stationary dermato-venerologic departments of Rogatyn central regional hospital of Ivano-Frankivsk region, educational process of department of skin and venereal diseases of Ivano-Frankivsk national medical university. Use area - venereology.
