3. Object: organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of water use as the basis of sustainable development of regional ecology-economic systems insurance. Purpose: development of scientific-methodical approaches to economic regulation of water use in the sphere of industrial production and municipal service of regions of Ukraine. Research Methods: system-structural, comparative and formal-logic analysis; economic-statistical; modeling and forecasting. Novelty: for the first time the scientific-methodical approach to regulation of water resources market which essence consists in insurance of optimum water use on the basis of Pareto distribution law by application of a complex of economic instruments is developed. Subject, level of implementation: system of ecology-economic relations between regional management bodies and subjects of water use which arise in the process of formation, distributions and use of water resources. Recommendations are implemented. Sphere (sector): environmental economics.
