Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of semiconductor sensors based on the thin films of the organic and inorganic semiconductors, investigation their technological properties for detection the different types of gaseous mediums in the processes in food industry - ethanol, ammonia, oxygen. It has been study an influence of ammonia, oxygen and ethanol vapors on the resistive properties of the organic (pentacene, cobalt phthalocyanine, methyl red dye) thin films. These materials are recommended to creation the sensitive elements of the gaseous resistive sensors for monitoring of the food freshness.
