El S. Architectural-planning organization of residential high-rise building in Lebanon, Beirut city

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of architectural-planning organization of residential high-rise buildings in Beirut including the modern tendencies of planning in the world. In the work there is analyze of the factors that influence to the development of high-rise construction and architectural-planning formation of residential high-rise buildings: social-economic, demographic and climate conditions, tradition in architecture. The author analyzed and generalized Lebanese and world experience of residential high-rise buildings planning in countries with same demographic and town planning conditions. Developed the recommendations on the principles of future development of residential high-rise buildings construction in Beirut including the rational volume-spatial and architectural-planning decisions in conditions of Beirut, saving of traditions in formation of functionally structure of modern residences.
