Essay

Object: process of personnel rating, training and development at industrial enterprise (on example of metallurgical enterprises). Subject: methods of personnel rating in system of strategic management of the subjects of economy and the influence of expenses for personnel training and development on efficiency ratings of the metallurgical enterprise's activity. Methods: systematic method of scientific cognition, methods of mathematical statistics, sociological, expert, economic and mathematical methods. For the first time: new conceptual personnel rating approach based on conception of the industrial enterprise workers importance has been developed. Improved: motivation method in grade system of labour remuneration; estimation method for importance of young specialists for the enterprise basing on the proposed system of their certification. Further progress of: estimation method for the lag time between the advance showings of the expenses for personnel training and development and the retarded showings of the industrial enterprise operational activity and its financial state on the basis of the cross-correlation functions research. Sphere of use: machine-building and metallurgical enterprises.
