Essay

Dissertation is devoted for improvement of methods for atopic dermatitis treatment taking into consideration life quality index and microbiocenosis of intestinum. A retrospective analysis of clinscal-microbiological examination results of people, who used to suffer from atopic dermatitis has been carried out. Peculiarities of atopic dermatitis proceeding were studied. We used an advanced range of laboratory methods of diagnostics of microbiocenosis in patients with atopic dermatitis. Analysis of microbiological investigation and impact of intestinal dysbacteriosis on clinical run of atopic dermatitis was carried out. Dermatitis family index and life quality was analyzed depending on the term of treatment. On the ground of the performed investigations we have formulated the indications for treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis.
