Voloshuna O. Substantiation of the elements of red cabbage growing technology in Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine

Object - is processes of growth and development of plants, forming of the productivity and basic indexes of heads quality, depending on a sort or hybrid, sowing time, charts of placing and keeping ability of red cabbage at different methods and temperature of storage. Purpose - is an experimental validation of the individual elements of red cabbage growing in the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine due to the selection of the best sorts and hybrids, sowing terms, chart of placing of plants and methods and temperature of storage. Methods - are the field experience, laboratory analysis, statistical methods of results estimation of researches. Novelty - experimentally investigational and theoretical justification efficiency of the individual elements of red cabbage growing, regularity of growth and development of plants, training of efficient organs depending on them, which provide the increase of the culture's productivity. Economic-biological estimation of sortiment of different geographical origin, parameters of ecological stability and plasticity after the productivity are shown. The high-yield sorts and hybrids most adapted, with the greatest content biochemical index, by content macro- and micronutrient are selected. Investigational influence the sowing terms influence on growth, development and productivity of different sorts' plants. The optimum charts of plants placing are presented. Selected sorts and hybrids, what suitable to the protracted storage, the best methods and temperature of storage are set. The economic and biopower evaluation of investigational elements of technology of production of red cabbage is conducted. Results of researches - are employed in the practice of crop production and research activities. Branch - agricultural sciences.
