Andrienko M. Organisational and economical mechanism of servicing rail container transportations

Dissertation concerns the points of contemporary approaches, principles, methods and tools for the development of organisational-economic mechanism service rail container transport, as well as justification of practical recommendations to ensure affectivity. The thesis defines the principles of forming, operating and developing organizational-economic mechanism service of rail container transportation, which are based on the concept of service activity of the transport centre. It is proposed to allocate two blocks in a mechanism of servicing rail container transportations, which have characteristic of functions for rapid adaptation to changing of the needs and the requirements of customers and for harmonization of economic interests of the service centre and cargo transport. It is recommended to estimate activities impact of the service centre and cargo owners by the revenue per day, which takes into account the "coefficient of adaptation to changing of the needs and the requirements of customers" and "coefficient of harmonization of economic interests of the service centre and cargo owners".
