Object of study. Regularity of influence of in-plant noise on a health and the auditory analyzer of the workers of the aeronautical engineering. Aim. To research the working conditions of workers of aeronautical engineering, their influence on health. To estimate the hygienical risk of noise influence on organism. To justify the measures of prevention of the development of the sensorineural deafness. Methods. Sanitary-hygenic, clinicodiagnostic, biotstatistical. Theoretical and practical results. Basing on the complex hygienic estimation of the working conditions, studies of the level of health, biological age and peculiarities of the changes in the auditory analyzer of the workers of main professions, science-based and introduced medicobiological, technical and individual hygienic recommendations for improvement of the working conditions and prevention of the development of the sensorineural deafness of the workers of the aeronautical engineering are worked out and professional risks are estimated. Novelty. Advanced hygienic estimation of the work environment of the aeronautical engineering enterprise is given. The leading role of noise factor in the professions of punch press operator, bootblack of metal, machine operator of metal-working and woodworking lathes, repairman and machinist of compressor system is determine.Regularity of influence of working conditions on the biological age and state of auditory analyzer of workers of “noisy” professions is revealed. The account of biological age increase objectivity of determination professional risks on a health workers of the aeronautical engineering. The most informative subjective and objective criteria of early diagnostics of auditory violations at the action of noise at early pre-clinical periods of the disease both peripheral and central (brainstem and cortical) parts of the auditory analyzer are described. E.g. presence of the subjective ear noise, tone hearing impairment at the range 9-16 kHz, changes of sentinels and peak descriptions of acoustic reflex of entotic muscles.
