Kharkavlyuk V. Availability and use of nutrients of grain cereal forages by the young pigs of great white breed

Object - grain of sorts of barley of SN-28, Skarlet and Cheerful, wheats Gallon and Vesta, triticale of Ukro, granaries of Rozovskaya 7 and corn Grain 5, and also sapling of pigs of large white breed of agricultural of "Letava" Chemerovetskogo the district of the Khmel'nitskoy area; purpose - to learn digestible of nutritives and availability and use of energy and mineral elements of new kinds and sorts of the cereal concentrated forage in an organism the sapling of pigs of large white breed; methods - zootechnic (productivity, payment of feed), physical (chemical composition and power value of forage) and chemical, physiology (digestible of nutritives, interchange of gases, balance of energy, nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus), statistical (processing of experimental data), analytical (review of literature, generalization of results); novelty - first in the conditions of western Forest-steppe of Ukraine the features of the use of energy, nourishing and mineral matters of new kinds and sorts of the concentrated forage, are complex studied by the sapling of pigs of large white breed. Researches are extend modern knowledges about chemical composition and nourishing value of these forage, including brewing sorts of barley, hard and soft wheat, corn, triticale and granaries
