Lozinsky I. Forming of the ecological-and-economical results of the ore mining and processing combines activity

The principle of the parallel-integration management of the environmental protection and the production strategies of the ore mining and processing combines, which takes into consideration the parity of their economic-and-ecological aims and is provided by the eсologo-functional matrix management system, is proposed in the given work. The methodological approaches to the planning of the ore mining and processing combines' environmental protection activity, based on the differentiation between short- and long-term technological environmental impact of their production activity on the environmental condition and considering the product life cycle stage, are enhanced.The classification of the environmental measures is extended by the additional indications of the ore mining and processing combines' nature protection projects, which allow the more exact definition of the possibilities of their realization within the jurisdictional borders of the combine (i. e. the technical level and the availability of the nature protection technologies; the level of the requirements and the financing sources; the necessity of the united actions of the interested parties; the environmental management subjects; the estimated ecological effect and the method of its forming; the influence of the measures on the enterprise potential and the risk of non- introduction of the ecological project). The principles of the forming of the ecological policy of the contaminators and the theoretical approaches to the natural resources evaluation have undergone the further development.
