Essay

The technological properties of fibrous stock produced from wastes of copper current conductors have been investigated. The influence of hot stamping and extrusion parameters on the structure and properties of copper rods has been investigated. It was established, that high density of material had been obtained at the expense of high hydrostatic pressure during extrusion. The analysis of plasticity resource has been conducted. The technology and tool set for production of copper rods and tubes have been developed.
