Prisyagnyuk V. The State of the Mother-Fetus Blood Circulation and the Correction of its Disturbance at the Growth Retardation

The dissertation is devoted to the actual question of modern obstetrics - to studying of the state of mother-fetus blood circulation at the growth retardation (GR) and to finding-out of a role of vascular regulation in occurrence of its disorders, to improvement of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions for such women. On the basis of the research of the parameters of fibers oxidation modification, systems L-arginin/NO, the peroxidation of lipids and antioxidizing protection new parts of the pathogenesis GR (oxidizing stress - endothelium dysfunction - the disturbance of a vascular tone and mother-fetus blood circulation - placentary insufficiency) are established. The key role of disorder of vascular regulation and an endothelium dysfunction in the development of GR is confirmed by the morphological and immunohistochemical researches of a placenta. Negative influence GR on the further development of the child is proved by catamnestic investigations of newborns during the first year of their life. These researches revealed a high level of general disease, organic disturbance of central nervous system at 29,2% of children, which can cause invalidization. The complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions at GR, directed on the intensification of the antioxidant protection, the elimination of the endothelial disorder, the improvement of a vascular tone and the mother-fetus blood circulation, is advanced.
