Nepomnyaschiy V. Pancreatic pseudocysts diagnostics and treatment

The theses is dedicated to the improvement of diagnostics and criteria definition of pancreatic pseudocysts on the steps of their formation for differential choice of treatment technique depending on the level of pseudocysts maturity and availability of their complications. The theses is based on treatment results of 127 patients with pancreatic pseudocysts. In the process of patients with the given pathology research standard clinico-laboratory methods are used. Data of ultrasonic monitoring of pseudocysts structure are true in the result of histological, biochemical and cytological research depending on their level of maturity. Worked out treatment technique in patients with pancreatic pseudocysts allowed to decrease general and post-operative death rate from 20 to 1.7% and 2.9% correspondently.
