Essay

The dissertation is devoted to action of avermectins on functioning of Na+, K+- and Ca2+-ATPases during the early embryogenesis of loach Misgurnus fossilis L. We investigated concentration-dependent effects of avermectins on ATPases in loach embryos of M. fossilis L. during early development. The constants were identifying of inhibition І50 for avermectins. Dixon analysis showed the competitive type of inhibition. The inhibition of Na+, K+-АТPase to confirm data experiments of the electrophysiology and electron microscopy. The inhibitions of Na+, K+-ATPase have been confirmed by ultra structural changes in loach embryos. Significant damages of organelles of blastomers, in particular, a hypertrophy of channels the smooth and rough endoplasmic reticulum, increasing account of lysosomes and vacuoles, loosening and breaks of plasmatic membranes are revealed. The metabolism processes are damaged and to lead to necrosis the blastomers, and to lead to embryo death. We proposed reasons thus effect of interaction avermectins with membrane. The embryo toxic of avermectins can be realized to inhibition of enzyme activity ATPases, such as Na+, K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase. Thus investigate effect drug on function membranes are important for understanding interacting between drug and cell.
