Results: the scientifically grounded recommendations have been worked out as to the improvement of the spring durum wheat growing technology, which include a choice of the best forecrops, optimal parameters for plant fertilization, seeding rates, bates and techniques for harvesting that permits to increase yielding ability by 3,6 t/ha on black fallow, by 3,2 t/ha after peas and provide the food industry with ecologically safe, qualitative grain of the 1st-2nd grades for the production of macaroni, cereals and foodstuffs for children. Application stage: the developed technology has been applied on 294 ha area. The obtained results as to the influence of agroecological factors on yielding ability and grain quality of spring durum wheat in accord with 1000 kernel weight, test weight, glassyness, in the educational process under the name "Technology of cereals' production" for the students of Agronomy speciality.
