Studied the microelements structure the serum of the blood and make clinico - paraclinical investigations of 243 patients with encephalopathies of various genesis and 20 persons of control group. Determined general pathognomonic criterious change mineral homoeostasis to all groups for encephalopathies and be given off the specific change some microelements for every group encephalopathies individual, that promote early differential diagnostic at this pathology. Suggestion method of treatment the encephalopathies of various genesis extract ginkgo - biloba EGb 761, that promote correct mineral homoeostasis because of availability in it of life significant microelements improvemented clinical symptomatic, indexes USDG and EEG at the patients with encephalopathies, and on economic plan decrease expenditure for treatment on 35%.
