In the dissertation on the basis of complex dynamic clinical -psychopathological research theoretical generalization and the new decision of a scientific problem - increase of efficiency of treatment of patients wich different by types of current paranoid is given to schizophrenia in ambuiatory conditions by additional purpose alongside with psychtropic preparations modern immunoactive means polyoxidonium, cycloferonum and detoxication preparation reamberinum. In result doing psychodiagnostics researches it has been established, that the psychopa-thological structure paranoid schizophrenia is characterized by prevalence of an aut-ism. Emotional deficiency, the phenomena of drift, asthenic, psychopathic syndromes were basic. Hallucinatory, crazy and affective syndromes considerably depending on type of clinical current paranoid schizophrenia. Clinical efficiency of use a method of treatment of patients paranoid schizophrenia in ambulatory conditions was characterized by decrease of frequency of aggravations schizophrenic process during two years on the average 4 times at patients with type F20.00, in 1,9 times with type F20.01 and 2,07 times at patients with type F20.02+03 and decrease of long remission of disease of total necessary for maintenance appointed the patient neuroleptic, tranquilizers and energizers in average standard dozes: in 1,65 times at continuous - progredients current, in 1,98 times at attack-progredients current and 3,4 times at incidental current of disease with stable defect.
