The dissertation deals with the issues of studying of solids properties by secondary school pupils under conditions of introducing new contents and structure of general secondary education (including physical one). The developed methodical system of solids properties studying presupposes creation of "the zone of the nearest development" of knowledge by means of introducing the method of educational projects and modern information-educational technologies. The necessity of purposeful methodical training of a teacher for work under conditions of subject integrated teaching has been proved. The results of the research are experimentally proved in the physics teaching process in secondary education establishments.
