Essay

The thesis is devoted to substantiation of parameters of maintenance developments workings of deep coal mines on the basis of the obtained regularities of changes of the rock pressure manifestations, the stress-strained state and technogenic fracturing structurally-heterogeneous rocks under an exposure to coal-face works. Object of research: processes of a deforming of structurally-heterogeneous rocks and technology of maintenance development workings of the deep mines. The operation purpose: a substantiation of parameters of maintenance developments workings, their stability providing increase in structurally-heterogeneous rocks of the deep mines of Donbass. Methods of research: the analysis and generalization of the scientific and technical information, mathematical modelling of geomechanical processes, laboratory research of properties of rocks, mine instrumental and geophysical research of ground pressure manifestations, engineering designing of asymmetrical support, the technical and economic analysis. It is spotted, that in structurally- heterogeneous rocks displacements of a contour of developments workings from hanging wall of a seam is dominate with coefficient asymmetry 1,1-1,6 and increase an exposure to coal-face works (from 60 m ahead and to 120 m behind coal-face) of a power dependence with an inflection point in bearing pressure zone in which velocity of displacements is increased at 60-70, that is caused by activization of extending of technogenic fractures, preferentially in directions of structural defects. Asymmetrical the developments workings forms, compliance of the supports and hardened rocks, as pressure control devices, provide in structurally-heterogeneous rocks decrease of a negative of exposure to coal-face works on stability of developments workings at the expense of decrease by 10-35 % of a zones of inelastic deformations and bias deep into on 0,5-3 m of asymmetrical bearing pressure zone. The ellipses support in which asymmetry magnitude inversely proportional strengths of rocks, and a compliance is guided bevel way 70-90о to a seam line of dip in rocks with strength 40-90 МPа decrease of displacements of a roofing on 40-10 %. 1. For the first time the observational dependence which is defining a quantity of dominating displacements of structurally-heterogeneous rocks in developments workings, exploited in zones an exposure to coal-face works of the deep coal mines is gained. 2. For the first time the mathematical model allowing on the basis of calculation by a finite element method of possible directions of plane of maximum shear stresses and rupture of connectivity in model elements for the estimated orientation of systems of dominating technogenic fracturing taking into account natural structural imperfections has been elaborated. 3. For the first time complex account of lamination, fracturing and tectonic stresses in a zone of exposure to coal-face works on forms and sizes of developments workings of steep seams is installed. 4. A scientific substantiation of parameters of maintenance of developments workings in the structurally-heterogeneous rocks, differing the account asymmetry zones of inelastic deformations and rock pressure manifestations, the further development has gained. Practical important of the gained results consists: geomechanical models, algorithms and object-oriented programs for calculation and the analysis of the stress-strained state of fracturing structurally-heterogeneous rocks are developed and approved; parameters of power performances of system a support-rocks, forms and sizes of developments workings for the deep mines of the Central region of Donbass are proved; criterion function of optimization of expenses is gained; the asymmetrical support is developed and approved. The basic results of research are used at mining: recommendations about parameters of lining and maintenance of developments workings into account tectonic activity, inelastic deformations and fracturing of rocks, trial samples of a new asymmetrical supports, the standard document of Ukraine, methodics and recommendations about maintenance of stability of developments workings of a seam m3 mines of A. F. Zasjadko on technological and technical parameters of maintenance of mine workings an exposure to coal-face works. Actual economic benefit is gained. Methodical and practical aspects of the dissertation can be used: research institutes, which are engaged in expedients and resorts of effective and safety maintenance of developments workings; the mines developing deposits in the difficult geological conditions; the design organizations, which design underground developments workings.
