Object - base geospatial data in road transport and navigation GIS; goal - the improvement of a geosupply of road transport and navigation systems to enhance road safety and efficient operation of road infrastructure; methods - set-theoretic, discrete mathematics and graph theory, formalization, system and object-oriented analysis, modeling, database design; novelty - the scientific and applied problems of geo-information for improvement of transport and navigation systems on the basis of the creation and implementation of road geospatial data transport infrastructure is solved; results - the theoretical bases of creation of the unified models geospatial data of a road and transport infrastructure are proved, the base models geospatial data are defined, for the first time in Ukraine geoinformation models of a road and transport infrastructure for perspective automobile information-navigating complexes is de-veloped, it is offered technology of formation of base geospatial the given high systems of Ukraine and a geosupply with information of transport and navigation systems
