Krivenda V. Forms and methods of activity of militia of public safety are in modern terms

Dissertation is devoted the analysis of forms and methods of administrative activity of militia of public safety in modern terms, to their accordance of Constitution of Ukraine and confessedly international standards in the field of defence of rights and freedoms of man and citizen during public law and providing of public safety enforcement. In-process investigational essence of such concepts, as a "public peace", "personal safety", "public safety" as objects of law-enforcement activity of militia of public safety, and also maintenance of their "providing" and "guard" is exposed. On the basis of research of legal nature, signs and varieties of forms of administrative activity of militia of public safety the basic ways of their improvement are certain the features of application of separate methods of activity of militia of public safety are Analysed in the conditions of eurointegration. Suggestions, directed on the improvement of теоретико-правових principles and practices of realization of forms and methods of activity of militia of public safety in modern terms, are developed.
