Koroed S. Court Procedure of Administrative Offences

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the legal nature of judicial consideration of cases about administrative offenses as realized in procedural form the administrative-delict activity of legal bodies. The place of the court among other administrative-jurisdictional bodies is defined. Material-legal and procedural peculiarities of judicial consideration of cases about administrative offenses records of which come to the judicial consideration from law enforcement bodies are delighted. The peculiarities of imposing such administrative penalties as an arrest and a confiscation, the application of an oral reproof are presented. The influence of judicial administrative-delict practice and judicial consideration as for results of special cases about administrative offenses' decision is defined.
