Research object: production resources management process at manufacturing enterprises; Research Aim: finding theoretical grounds and developing new methodical approaches to the production resources management at machine-building enterprises on the basis of the conception of integration of logistic, business-processes re-engineering and control; Research methods and apparatus: methods: theoretical generalization; analysis and synthesis; cluster analysis (Statistica 6.0); linear programming (Mathematica 5.0); method of analysis of hierarchies, graphics design (Microsoft office Visio); Theoretical and practical results: we have improved the theoretical approach to the production resources management at machine-building enterprises on the grounds of joint application of logistic, re-engineering and control, the feature of which there is establishment of intercommunication between them on the basis of unity of aims, principles, approaches and instruments, that, unlike existent separate their application, allowed to offer an integral control system for production resources management at machine-building enterprises, based on correlating logistic business-processes; the methodological approach to classifying production resources management at machine-building enterprises is based on the additionally grounded classification signs: features of deliveries (delivery time and reliability of supplier), frequency of bringing in of material resources in production, their costs by the use of cluster analysis which strengthens the theoretical ground of management by the logistic streams of material resources at an enterprise; re-engineering approach to production resources management at machine-building enterprises, the difference of which consists of forming of complex of logistic business-processes on the basis of identifying streams of material resources, which allows to promote efficiency of their motion; model of determining optimum terms of delivery and storage of material resources optimum volumes and frequency of deliveries on the basis of the use of having a special purpose function of minimization of total logistic expenses taking into account limitations: monthly necessity of production in resources, supplies at suppliers, critical volumes, which are needed for the receipt of quantity discounts, carrying capacity of storages, carrying capacity of transport vehicles, which allows to examine the alternative variants of connection of different terms of delivery and storage; got further development: category « production resources management at machine-building enterprises » - by opening of its difficult maintenance which becomes obvious in establishment, except for the naturally-material and cost forms of motion of material resources, also and their socio-economic form, that, unlike existent approaches, allows to take into account the complex of factors of increase of efficiency of the use of material resources: technological, market, social;а also informative base of management by the material resources of enterprise on the basis of re-engineering development of the complex hierarchical system of indexes of logistic business processes, which, unlike existing, two groups are included: indexes which are taken in integral and is characterized the general process of providing of enterprise by material resources (reliability of process, flexibility, declination of actual costs on realization of business-process from planned, time on implementation of business-process), and indexes are characteristic only for a separate business-process; object and degree of introduction: developments are inculcated in practical activity of cotton WOOLS «Red October» and the cotton WOOLS «Avtramat»; sphere of the use: production resources management at machine-building enterprises.
