Research object: enterprise competitiveness management; the goal of the work: theoretical substantiation and development of methodical and practical recommendations in relation to the machine-building enterprise competitiveness management on the basis of process approach; the method of research and device: methods of induction, morphological analysis, systems approach, classification, logic analysis, expert evaluation, statistical analysis, structural design, theoretical generalization, questionnaire, formalization, centre of gravity, analysis of hierarchies, idealizations, index method, ranging; theoretical and practical results: in the work such concepts have been improved: category basis of enterprise competitiveness management, methodical approach to the analysis of enterprise competitiveness, the model of enterprise competitiveness management; in the work the conception of the enterprise competitiveness management, principles of the enterprise competitiveness management, list of purposes of competitiveness management of the machine-building enterprises, the methodical approach to the construction of the indexes system for the analysis of enterprise competitiveness got further development; the practical value of the obtained results is that usage of proposed scientific and practical developments on machine-building enterprises secures effectiveness of enterprise activity and harmonious satisfaction of interests of stakeholders in short-term and long-term perspective; object and level of introduction: the developments are put in practical activity of Joint stock company «Kharkiv bearing plant» and Joint stock company «Energoresurs» ; the sphere of use: economic activity of machine-building enterprises.
