Dissertation is devoted to the study of increase the efficiency of treatment patients with arterial hypertension 1-2 degrees by application of multilevel system method of laserotherapy in a complex with medicinal therapy. In 175 patients with arterial hypertension 1-2 degrees we leaned the specialties of clinical and functional status of cardiovascular system, the results of the traditional drug's therapy and physiotherapy. New results about opportunities and expediency of using procedures of the areas stimulation the different (infra-red and red) spectrums of the low intensive laser radiation . Under act of treatment after the developed method of multilevel system laser therapy in a complex with medicinal treatment there was a reliable improvement and normalization of the state of vegetative homoeostasis, central, peripheral haemodynamics, microcirculation, daily allowance arterial pressure and rhythm of heart, lipid type. Efficiency of therapy with the use of the developed variant of laser therapy considerably excelled the generally accepted chart of treatment (medicinal therapy and massage of collar area) of patients with a arterial hypertension, that was confirmed researches of office blood pressure and qualities of life. In dissertation work expedience of the use of method of multilevel system laser therapy is grounded in complex therapy on the different stages: stationary, policlinic and sanatorium-resort.
