Essay

The thesis is devoted to increase of efficiency of treatment of patients suffering from osteoarthrosis (OA) by means of development and scientific substantiation of applying contrast cryotherapy in the spa cure complex. The clinical-instrumental examinations is conducted 123 patients with osteoarthrosis. The dynamics of clinical-instrumental indexes were estimated under the action of complexes of spa cure treatment with the use of pelotherapy, contrast cryotherapy and pelotherapy complex application.Complex usage of contrast cryotherapy and pelotherapy have contributed to positive dynamics of clinical-instrumental examinations of all the observed patients, namely to regression of pain syndrome, reduction of chronic pain, increase of support ability, improvement of peripheral hemodynamics. An advantage of complex application of contrast cryotherapy and pelotherapy is proved on the basis of immediate and remote results of treatment.
