IVANYUK E. Applikation of infita- and laser therapy in sanatorium-and-spa rehabilitation of patients with consequences of the cerebral infarction

The thesis deals with the study of efficacy of sanatorium-and-spa rehabilitation of patients with consequences of the cerebral infarction taking into consideration clinical and pathogenetic peculiarities of the disease and period of the beginning of the rehabilitation measures with the application of infita- and laser therapy. Inclusion of infita- and laser therapy in rehabilitation complex contributes to positive dynamics of clinical indices, functional state of the central and peripheral hemodynamics, restoration of the motor and cognitive functions and psychoemotional status.Complex application of infita- and laser therapy in rehabilitation of patients with consequences of the brain infarction contributes to increased efficacy of early sanatorium-and- spa rehabilitation at the expense of significant regress of complaints, neurologic symptomatology, improvement of the central and peripheral hemodynamics, lipid metabolism and rheologic and coagulation properties of blood, increase of the muscular force and improvement of support ability as well as restoration of the cognitive functions. It exceeds considerably the data obtained in separate application of infita- and laser therapy. Complex application of infita- and laser therapy influences positively on restoration of dysfunctions in patients with consequences of the cerebral infarction at the late restorative and residual periods of rehabilitation but efficacy of treatment decreases as the period after the cerebral infarction increases.
