Essay

The theses is dealing with the problem of increasing of medical rehabilitation efficiency of patients with thyroid diseases by using rehabilitation complexes with climato-, diet-, balneo- and HiTop therapy. There were amplified etiopathogenic factors which lead to development of thyroid pathology in people who live in Odessa region and on base of this were developed new approaches to rehabilitation of patients with this pathology. The proposed complex leads to increasing of subjective and objective state of patients, positively influence on data of vegetative homeostasis, promote the improvement of common - biological possibilities of organism, normalization of homeostasis of microelements, decreasing of sizes of thyroid gland, improvement of its structure and function. Usage of HiTop therapy in complex health-resort treatment of diseases of thyroid gland made possible to reach good present results in 85,7% of women and reservation of good distant - in 77,4% during one year.
