Dissertation dedicated with research of formational peculiarity and development of art ideal beside possess of future teachers. It is already analyzed that social validity, which edits the ideas of professional activity. There is a degree of art ideal in music-pedagogical activity. There is a great roles of art ideal beside the future teachers conscious. It is proved with the help of experiment that successful professional activity depends on such reflexes, which are theoretically proved. It is also proved that art ideal appears in teachers mind as if it were ethnic decisions. Art ideal united the personal and social peculiarities. In case of overcoming the rupture between imaginable and actual music pedagogical activity which future teachers achieve professional career. There is a characteristic of art ideal: ideal as the model, ideal as the dream and ideal as a self ideal. Each type based on standard ideal and its buxomness better, ideal as the dream and creation of a new standard personal ideal. It is known that art ideal based on pedagogical activity, concert activity, composition activity. Art ideal refers to the spiritual sphere and have social direction which is depend on professional identicalness.
