The dissertation research deals with the study of the psychological factors of conflicts origin in the system "teacher - pupils" of the primary school. A comprehensive scalene analysis of the pedagogical conflicts problem is carried out, conceptual approaches to the general theoretical aspects of the phenomena "conflict" and "pedagogical conflict" are determined, their structural-functional content and the place in the system of the psychological knowledge is also revealed. The functions of the pedagogical conflicts at the initial stage of studying and in the process of the combined pedagogical activity are reflected. The connection of the pedagogical conflicts with the peculiarities of the family education and personal properties of the pupils and the teachers is found out, the role of these conflicts in the pupils formation as the subjects of the educational activity which conducts at the early school age is defined. The system character of the pedagogical conflicts influence at the early school age as a unity of the emotional-personal, situational and age factors is found out.
