Essay

The dissertation is devoted to determination metal forming in groove rolling in conditions of rolls crossing, interaction of spindles on rolling stand, rolls, and rolling process, adjusting construction of spindles, that increased accuracy of rolling. A conditions of longitudinal defects ("screwing" and "sagging") appearance are researched. An action of rolls crossing, due to spindles influence, on geometry of metal deformation volume and geometry of rod in groove rolling is researched. An interaction of parts in system "spindles- rolling bearings-rolls boxes - rolls- stand", and action (influence) of spindles on metal deformation volume has researched. Rolling force and moments calculation with rolls crossing worked out is improved in theoretical section. A contact stress interaction of dual curved bodies in spindles in non central loading is researched in experimental section. Method of calculation of spindle bearing is adjusted. A providing results make possible adjusting construction of spindles, that dismiss run-out moving (play) of spindles, negative interaction with rolls and increase accuracy of rolling process, let make determination of spindles-rolls interaction, calculate force and moment of rolling with crossing rolls.
