Molchanov R. The realization and civil law protection of personal non-property right to the name

The dissertation deals with the research of social relations whore the social interests in connection with the appearance and the realization the right to the name are formed elucidating the content of the right to the name, methods of its realization and defence. The dissertation contains the analysis of prerequisites of the appearance and development of the right to the name in Ukraine. Colligating different scientific approaches to the definition of subject of civil law, this work solves a problem of defining the legal nature of the name as personal non-property asset. The content of legal right to the name is defined and element of this content are ascertained. The original definition of legal right to the name as personal non-property right is given.
