Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of structure and stimulated changes of parameters of nanocomposites in film and bulk forms on the basis of semicon-ductors from chalcogenide system Bi(Sb) - As2S3. Using the method of incorporation of Bi2S3 into the As2S3 bulk nanocomposites with nonoriented, or partially ori-ented crystalline Bi2S3 phase are fabricated. It is shown, that incorporation of Bi2S3 in chalcogenide glass and thermal processing influence optical and electrophysical properties of a composite. Qualitative layered structures with 3 nm or more thickness of period of NML are fabricated by a method of cyclic vacuum thermal evapo-ration. The character of changes of electroconductivity and optical absorption which occure mainly at the expense of diffusion of metal and chalcogen is defined. The result of interdiffusion is formation of molecules or cluster structures SbS3/2 or BiS3/2 which can remain as elements of an amorphous matrix or to be allocated in the form of crystal phase Bi2S3 or amorphous phase Sb2S3.
