In work proposed complete approaches to realization of distributed intellectual systems on agent based model. The basic requirements to architecture and realization complete agent platforms DIS are formulated. Researched usage of formal agents specifications in existing agent-oriented methodologies. The agent-oriented language of specifications by introduction of situational attributes is offered. It is offered base agent model for construction of program systems of support of mobile education. The algorithm of routing in ad-hoc networks with use of mobile agents based on swarm intelligence is improved. The architecture and program realization agent platform on the basis of WCF with use C# is developed. Architecture of prototype of recommendatory system agent type also is created. It is created effective program systems of support of mobile training on agent based technologies.
