An object is processes which take place in the sphere of the use and recreation of earths of the agricultural setting of region. A purpose is a ground teoretiko-applied principles of functioning of finance-economic mechanism of recreation of earths of the agricultural setting. Methods – monographic, abstractly logical, graphic, ekonomic- statistical. Novelty – a concept "finance-economic mechanism of recreation of the landed resources is first selected", determination of essence of recreation of the landed resources is improved. A result is a location and role of recreation of the landed resources in a triad "rational use - guard- recreation ", scientifically applied principles of quantitative reflection of character of realization of measures in the field of recreation of the landed resources, ground of principles, functions, forms of centralization of informative resources, in the field of recreation of earths.
