The dissertation work is dedicated to solve such actual problems of optoelectronics, as a developing of planar waveguide, based on liquid crystals materials. The liquid crystals materials are used as core of these optoelectronics devices, and also as a planar waveguide, where the liquid crystal materials perform function as a core and as a cladding.
