The dissertation is devoted to the problem of treatment of the patients with latent early syphilis (LES) and preventive measures against seroresistent forms after treatment of LES and substantiation of a new effective method of treatment of the patients with LES taking into consideration the state of microbiocenosis, proteolitic and immunity system of the organis. Disbacteriosis of different stage of development, low level of immune system, disbalns in homeostasis, activation of the processes of inflammation and allergynesation are showed.
