Stetsenko I. The Epidemiology features of cholera in Priazov'e and scientific ground of the anti-choler measures on the modern stage

The dissertation is devoted the study the epidemiologycal features of cholera in Priazov'e and to the grounds of anti-choleric measures at present stage. The features of epidemic process of cholera are shown in modern terms: circulation of Vibrio cholerae in invironmental objects on territory of Mariupol as O1 and not O1 with the periodic infection of people and origin of focus, parallelism of increase of intensive indices to morbidityat the increase of cholera index excretions from environmental objects, cross-correlation dependence between a high degree excretions of Vibrio cholerae and bacteriological, chemical and physical environmental factors, complex of anthropogenic, ecological and geography-climatic factors, influencing possibility of Vibrio cholerae rooting. Specialized computer program «Application package» developed on the basis of database, which is entered in the personal computer has been introduced; analytical forms , which allow to analyse epidemic process according to sex, age groups, professional signs, nature of focus during cholera flashes, and also according to a number of indices which characterize epidemic process for any analysable period of time have been created; Using the facilities of Microsoft Exсel tables have been developed, and parallel research for the presence of comma bacillus in environmental objects with the bacteriological and physical and chemical parameters of water has been introduced into work of Mariupol sanitary station.
