Borko A. Organizational and legal provision of administrative courts activity in Ukraine

The activity connected with administrative and legal provision of administrative courts functioning is examined in the dissertation. Judicial concepts, methods and forms of this activity, the structure of administrative courts are analyzed. Legal regulation of duties of chief justices, assistant judges, judges, and the procedure of cases division among judges are considered. Forms and methods of law enforcement and the mechanism of administrative courts supervision are determined. Scientific conclusions and suggestions as to improvement of administrative courts legislation are made. The special attention is in-process spared the questions of providing of legality in activity of administrative courts of Ukraine. Under legality an author understands the exact and steady execution of requirements of laws and normative acts state during realization of norms of right. It is marked that external control, especially from the side of public, engulfs only some aspects of activity of courts and does not provide the proper system of prohibition and counterbalance.
