An object is an aggregate of public relations which arise up in the process of the skilled providing of the penitentsiarnoy system of Ukraine; a purpose is a complex analysis of theoretical knowledges and current legislation of Ukraine, generalizations of practice of his realization and positive world experience to develop recommendations, directed on perfection of the administrativno-pravovogo adjusting of the skilled providing of the penitentsiarnoy system of Ukraine; methods are scientific, formal logical, approach of the systems and statistical, comparatively legal analysis, логіко-semantic; informative and empiric basis of research is made by generalization of practical activity of Government criminally executive service of Ukraine, editions of certificates, statistical materials, personal experience in Buchanskiy to the correctional colony № 85 UDDUPVP in Kyiv and Kievan area; novelty - monographic research of problems of the administrativno-pravovogo adjusting of the skilled providing of the penitentsiarnoy system of Ukraine is in the first time carried out, administrativno-pravovoto go status of civil servants of the penitentsiarnoy system; the row of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions is formulated; results - materials of dissertation can be used in naukovo-doslidniy, pravotvorchiy, pravozastosovchiy spheres and educational process.
