Gridasov Y. Administrativno-pravovi facilities of defence of right of ownership of subektiv menage are in Ukraine

Dissrtaciya is devoted research philosophical-legal principles of defence of right of ownership of subjects of menage. Administrativno-pravovi principles of adjusting of economic activity in Ukraine and defence of right of ownership of subjects of menage are formed in modern terms. Experience of European Union is analysed in the noted sphere and certainly directions of his introduction in pravotvorchu and pravozastosovchu activity of public of Ukraine authorities. A concept and types of administrativno-pravovogo defence of right of ownership of subjects of menage is formulated, and also a concept and types of administrativno-pravovikh facilities is formulated in the system of defence of right of ownership of subjects of menage. Zyasovano maintenance of facilities of defence of right of ownership of subjects of menage, which are used public servants and subsections of militia of OVS of Ukraine and Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine вy government tax service of Ukraine, administrative courts and Government executive service of Ukraine. The formulated directions of perfection of legislation and administrative activity of subjects of public management are in the field of administrativno-pravovogo defence of right of ownership of subjects of menage. On the basis of analysis teoretiko-methodological principles, normative bases and practical realization, by the subjects of public management and administrative organs investigational administrativno-pravovi facilities of defence of right of ownership of subjects of menage and it is formulated on this basis of suggestion in relation to the increase of efficiency of work of organs of executive power and self-protection of proprietors of economic property in the field of administrativno-pravovogo defence of right of ownership of subjects of menage.
