Kucherenko V. Organizing and Legal Forms of Economic Management in Ukraine's Region: State and Tendencies of Development

The dissertation is dedicated to extending of theoretical and methodological approaches, working out of practical recommendations on development of organizing and legal forms of economic management in Ukrainian's region according to the complexity and system principles. A state regulation's essence of organizing and legal forms of economic management at the regional level has been examined. The development of organizing and legal forms of economic management in region in market environment has been justified. There has been drawn attention to entrepreneurship and its types, different forms of economic companies, industrial and financial groups. A role and place of economic management in region, its social and economic impact on a society and an environment have been determined. The long-range development trends of organizing and legal forms of economic management in region have been forecasted. There has been explored the development possibilities of franchising system and venture enterprise in region.
