Thesis is dedicated to the theoretical generalization and the latest solution of scientific mission of efficiency upgrading of medical treatment of persons suffering from comedo disease (acne) and acne-type dermatoses (acne rosacea, demodectic mange in the context of improvement of algorithms of differentiated diagnostics of nosological forms and clinical versions of these dermatoses run. With the help of mathematical methods of calculation, certain specific clinical characteristics and symptom complexes which are peculiar to acne, acne rosacea and demodectic mange, were defined, what allows to distinguish nosological forms and clinical versions of acne, acne rosacea and demodectic mange in a unique manner, as well as to use them as logic models at the previous stage of directed diagnostics of these dermatoses. Rational schemes of the treatment of persons suffering from acne, acne rosacea and demodectic mange were drawn out, they provide gradual personalized carrying out of fundamental combination therapy, therapeutic intervention directed to the removal of factors important in the pathogenesis of these dermatoses as well as applying of means of curative cosmetics what allows to achieve complete healing and acceptable cosmetic effect in the most of patients' cases.
