Gorbatyuk S. State regulation of social work in Ukraine

The object is social work as constituent of social policy of Ukraine. The objective is a conceptual ground of mechanisms of social work state regulation in Ukraine, development of scientific-theoretical, methodological, organizational bases and practical recommendations of its key mechanisms improvement in the conditions of reformation of social sphere of Ukrainian society. The methods are theoretical analysis, content-analysis, abstractly-logical, structural-functional, comparative, SWOT-analysis, statistical, graphic. The newness is that the scientific conception of public policy in the sphere of social work has been developed. The results are that the theoretic-methodological bases have been justified and theoretic model of complex mechanisms of social work state regulation in Ukraine has been developed; the methodology of evaluation of effectiveness of social work state regulation according to complex of rates has been developed and justified.
